How can I report bugs?

You can send requests for new features or suggestions on how we can improve Famous Pro to our product team by emailing support@famous.co .  

 

 Steps:

1. From the Help menu in the Left Sidebar, navigate to Report A Bug. 



 










 
2. The Bug Tracker window will open, allowing you to report your issue. 

Enter the following information:
  1. Short keyword or title for the issue
  2. Indicate if you know of a workaround or if it is blocking a specific workflow.
  3. A description of the bug in a few sentences.
  4. The steps to produce the bug and include what happened versus the expected outcome.
Hit the Submit button, and your bug will be reported to our Engineering team.
