Subscription Renewals

With the monthly subscription, you are charged once a month, for the entire month. With a yearly subscription, you are charged once a year, for the entire year. All paid plans will automatically renew at the end of the paid term unless you manually cancel your subscription.

Canceling Your Subscription

To avoid unplanned charges, cancel your plan at least three days before the end of the billing period. To cancel your plan, click the Manage button in the Account panel, then click Cancel My Subscription in the bottom left corner of the Manage Account Modal.

You may cancel your Amaze subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for unused time on a subscription. 
If you believe that your payment details have been used to purchase a Amaze subscription without your permission, you can request a refund by emailing support@amaze.co.  

What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?

Published projects will be unpublished and archived at the time of cancellation. We will store your projects on our servers for 12 months, but you will not be able to access them directly without a paid subscription. If you need to access an archived project within 12 months of cancelling your subscription, please send an email to support@amaze.co requesting assistance retrieving an archived project. Please include the file name of the project and the email associated with the account it was created under.
